Just Loans - Cash paid into your account within a few hours
Once you have been approved and your personal loan has been granted, you can expect the funds to be paid directly into your bank account within a few hours.
To make it even more simple to pay back your long or short term loan, we will set up a debit order on your account. Once your salary has been paid in, we will deduct the amount agreed upon directly from your account. This will ensure that there are no missed payments and that your credit rating remains high and you stay in good standing in our account.
What happens if I can’t make a payment?
By consenting to the terms and conditions listed online, you also consent to us or our credit providers to be able to monitor your account and credit profile. In the event of non-payment, the credit provider may be able to enforce the agreement and claim the entire outstanding balance on the personal cash loan. The client will be liable for any and all additional costs incurred and their credit record could be adversely affected.
It is your responsibility to notify us, should any of your details change. If you do not notify us, we can see this as a breach of contract and we are within our rights to terminate the contract and demand that the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Notify us if:
- You change of jobs /change in employment
- You become unemployed
- Your banking details change
- Your residential address, postal address or work address change
What happens in the event of my death?
Should you become deceased it will be the responsibility of the person who is handling your affairs to contact the designated manager of the credit provider. They will need to supply us with a death certificate. Please make arrangements within your Will to notify your beneficiaries of any loans you may have.
What is the renewal policy?
If you already have an active payday, personal or bad credit loan with us, we will grant you a secondary loan as long as your instalments are up to date and have not made any late payments. We will determine your affordability and only grant you a second loan if granting you the loan will not push you into debt or adversely affect your financial status.
What happens if my debit order bounces?
In the event that your debit orders bounce or that there is no money available in your account at the time the deduction is usually taken. Additional fees will be charged. We will then try to contact you via e-mail, phone call and text message. If we are still unable to contact you after trying for 3 consecutive days, we will forward your details to our legal department. This will result in additional charges and could have an adverse effect on your credit score. Your own bank may also add charges for bounced debit orders.
Even if you have a bad credit record or have been blacklisted in the past, we still encourage you to apply for a free no obligation quote.
